It really depends on how many orders I have. Your cake is specially baked fresh just for you, and the more notice I have, the better. Some drawings take me hours, so I can only do two a day. Three or four days' notice would be comfortable for me.
I consider my cakes an "indulgence," so the idea of "healthy" goes out the window! My cakes originate from a base with the nutritional information "contains wheat, milk (and sometimes) soy." My icing contains "no major food allergens." I can provide any specific information required to ensure the health and enjoyment of each celebrated person! You can be assured of top quality ingredients in your cake from specialist suppliers.
I have a delicious recipe for a carrot cake with cream cheese icing using "Splenda." I have yet to experiment with other sugar-free cake recipes, not ruling out any possibilities!

Delivery is available within a reasonable distance for an additional charge.
I am not yet set up for credit cards, so checks are acceptable (and cash, of course!) There is a $15.00 fee for returned checks.
